Closed.

Tonight, we finally closed on the house. We signed the final paperwork. The interest only payments are over...the real mortgage payments begin!

Scout wasn't really cooperating during the photo op.

We are celebrating 30 years of mortgage payments with burgers on the grill, and a big old glass of wine tonight.
